Cooooooooooookie Crisp! I mean Train!

Everyone made it down to blanding to make the cookie train/other things! as it happens haven's recepsh was this same weekend as well. the cookie train/other things turned out amazing! (if you look really close you can see amy) (carter and tray came with cody and amanda too they just arent in the picture.)

turns out Brooke made a grand ol green xmas tree that was at least 18 inches tall! whoaa!...(pssst... i gave her the idea) aaaand i made a 7 story Class A commercial real estate Office building with rotating door. Lease rate...$18.00/SF Full Service......This edifice prolly required the largest amount of gram crackers and frosting ever used in the history of cookie trains/other things ........but it was worth it........Because of an apparent high demand of animal exports, Lant and Amy made TWO animal cars! what! cody made a coal car that does pop-a-wheelies and at one point could PERFECTLY fit two marshmellows in a back compartment and Amanda may have helped with this but i dont remember. Haven and Joseph ,or "Joe" as i like to call him but his family calls him Joseph, made the Engine. of course dad made a blue caboose. it was great.

Christmas Spirit

It is now December and we've really gotten into the Christmas spirit. How exciting it is to have our first Christmas season as newlyweds! We finally used our pharmacy wedding money from Blanding, and it really came in handy because we got some new christmas decor! Yippee!

It took quite a long time to pick out what we wanted most, who knew the Blanding pharmacy would have so many cute things! We decided the Wisemen sign and little jingle bell tree fit best in our house.
Is Shad about to attack me? We love our sparkly "Christmas" blocks :)
This picture isn't showing a lot of color, but we decided to do a gold tree. We had a lot of fun putting this up and it really makes our house feel more like Christmas!

We are super excited for all of the time we get to spend with each other and with family this season! I am most definitely excited to be finished with this semester and start fresh new classes again. I get to get into my interior design classes next semester! Shad is looking forward to having some time off work to spend time with family in Blanding, Ogden, and possibly St. George too. After that we get to spend a few days watching cute nephews Christian and Mason while Brek and Troy have some fun in the sun! Here we come December!
