Laguna Getaway

Shad and I got to go on the most incredible trip at the end of March. Coldwell Banker put it on so it was way more ritzy than we would probably ever pay for on our own so it was cool. We stayed at The Montage Laguna Beach and it was fancy pants! Gorgeous view and we were treated like royalty. It was such a change from my day-day where people stare at me messy in my yoga pants trying to muscle a giant stroller through doorways while my kids are screaming and spilling stuff. We could just say I loved it. I felt so human :). 

We ate a lot of delicious food, did a lot of relaxing at the pool, and enjoyed time with friends. We went ocean kayaking and that was a fun new experience. It was really neat to see the Cali coastline from on the water. We went whale watching and unfortunately saw no whales, but we did see Dolphins and that was really neat. We also played a croquet tourney on the grass behind the resort which is on a cliffside over the ocean. That made me feel really posh and it was our first day and it just felt magical. 

There were bunnies frolicking in the grass on the property and the staff there would wait on us hand and foot. Just magical the whole thing!
