Conner was called 4 or so months ago to serve a mission in Houston, Texas. He left yesterday for the MTC in Mexico (he's learning Spanish). Sunday he gave a talk in church and afterwards we had a little celebration with food, family, and friends.
I'm so happy for him and proud of his choice to serve a mission. He is going to be a great missionary. I'm missing him already, but I plan on e-mailing and sending letters lots (I've already sent an e-mail). I'm excited for him to have this great new adventure in his life and I'm excited to watch him learn and grow.
