California

So I had a day off of school for some type of teachers meeting, and we decided to just take off the whole weekend and go to California. Our friend Angie Tate recently moved down there for work, but her husband, Shad's buddy from Blanding, Jeremy, is still living in Provo while he finishes his last semester at UVU. So Shad, Jeremy, and I drove down to Cali to visit Angie for the weekend. We spent the majority of our time at Three Arch Bay, Angie's private beach for the housing community she lives in Laguna Niguel. We also did some shopping and ate out a lot. It was such a nice little trip and we had a lot of fun with some great friends! We hope to visit again in the future!
This was right after a very upset environmentalist told the guys off for removing wildlife from the ocean and apparently throwing off the ecosystem of the entire world. If that wasn't enough, she then marched over to the lifeguards (notice her in the background) to make them aware of what had happened. Don't mind that the boys had already apologized and told her they didn't know... Oh well, the lifeguards didn't seem to care too much, and we did get the starfish back to where it came from.

We walked through the Ritz Carlton-as is tradition with my family-this is off a deck there.
